Options for Telephone Answering Services
When required to add or deliver a particular message, our operators are electronically prompted to take specific action. Options include:
- taking your customers' messages and delivering them to you
- leaving a generalized message for callers (i.e. where you will be), and
- giving specific clients a message from you
Message Retrieval Options
Your messages may be retrieved at any time in one - or a combination - of the following convenient ways:
- Message Retrieval Number: use your personalized message retrieval number to contact your CITITEL message retrieval service. By inputting your 4 digit passcode you will hear all the messages which have been left for you during the past 24 hours. Each message is time and date stamped. All delivered messages are also stored for 31 days in our computer data base. Also works in conjunction with numeric pagers.
- Fax or Printer: messages may be delivered to your fax machine or your printer. Depending on your needs, these messages may be scheduled to be delivered on a daily, weekly or montly basis.
- Pagers:
- Tone Pager: when using a tone pager, you will be alerted immediately when someone has left a message for you. When you hear your pager beep, you simply call your message retrieval number to hear your message.
- Numeric Pager: working much the same as the tone pager, you will be notified immediately to call your message retrieval number.
- Voice Pager: our operators will page your message directly to you.
- Alpha-numeric Pager: you will receive the actual message on your alpha-numeric pager. Also works with page-capable cellular and PCS phones.
